![]() ![]() ![]() Now, that being said, $250-ish for a complete Colt lower is still a pretty good deal and I'm not exactly upset since I was planning on swapping out most of the parts anyway. So, between that and the roll mark, I think it's safe to say that these lowers are NOT built using the same attention to detail as the LE6920 rifles. I put a Magpul SL-S stock on it when I got home, and sure enough, the cant is even more noticeable. I thought that I noticed it when I checked it out at my FFL, but the stock's sling swivel is also canted to the left, so I blew it off at the time and just figured that my eyes were playing tricks on me. The Colt roll mark was also a bit jacked up.īut here's the real kicker: the castle nut is properly staked from the factory, but the receiver extension wasn't put on straight prior to the staking, so the stock is canted to the left. Like others have already mentioned, my serial number has a CR prefix, a 4-position receiver extension, and an H buffer. View QuoteI back-ordered one in October for $259 when they were out of stock, and just my luck, they drop the price by $10 after mine ships.
